A middle-aged man was arrested by police in Solai, Nakuru county, for allegedly assaulting a police officer with a projectile while inebriated.
The police officer who was attacked while returning to work after a lunch break, Eliud Misiko, sustained a dislocated shoulder, according to a police report obtained by Citizen Digital.

According to the report, Dennis Kibet, who is already in police custody, told detectives that he was just an inquisitive individual who wanted to experience what it was like to throw stones at a police station.

According to the police report, the officer raised the alarm, which led to the arrest of the defendant, Dennis Kibet, who appeared unconcerned about his activities.

“Kibet explained that he wanted to get a sense of what it was like to throw stones at a police station,”

After becoming suspicious that Kibet was’stoned,’ one of the officers who caught him frisked him, discovering 10 rolls of bhang securely wedged in his nether area.

“Hii ni bangi,” one of the officers who had arrested him closed the dialogue, according to the police report.

“The guy was apprehended, and a body search revealed ten rolls of bhang securely hidden near his privates,” according to the report.

The defendant is currently being held in police custody until his arraignment on allegations of assaulting a police officer and possessing cannabis.
