Amina Mohamed, the cabinet secretary for sports, has described how Martha Karua, the head of Narc Kenya, came to her family’s aid after she lost her husband a year ago.
Late last year, Amina Mohamed’s spouse Khalid Ahmed passed away.
Amina recalled how Karua helped her when she was grieving in her speech on Wednesday at the Muslim Leadership Caucus that Karua was attending.
The CS claimed that the Narc Kenya chief frequently paid Amina a visit and would stop over to have dinner with the kids if Amina was away.
“Martha Karua has been by my side every week since the day I lost my spouse. I don’t believe anyone has done more than she has, said Amina, who invited her to supper with her and the kids.
