An angry resident of Nairobi’s Gikomba Market expressed her displeasure with President William Ruto’s administration, claiming that it had forgotten about Kenyans at the base of the food chain.
The trader, whose name was Jane Wanjiru, claimed that the Kenya Kwanza government was burying people while they were still alive in a statement made to a local TV station on Thursday.
According to Wanjiru, the economy is in a horrible place and is burdening Kenyans, many of whom are already poor, particularly the traders in the busy Gikomba market.

She further criticized Kenyans for not electing Raila Odinga, the head of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party, who she claimed had their best interests in mind.
The irate woman chided Kenyans, “You refused to vote for Raila yet he was the one speaking for Kenyans.”
