Minutes after she allegedly accused Conor McGregor of sexually assaulting her in a restroom, she was seen on fresh video seated at a club table with the MMA star.
When the woman signals, the two are seen holding drinks. McGregor speaks to her before walking away.
The video, which TMZ Sports was able to obtain, was taken on June 10 at around 12:40 a.m. inside the Kaseya Center in Miami, just 30 minutes after the woman was spotted being dragged into a restroom by McGregor.
After Game 4 of the NBA Finals, McGregor, who is expecting his fourth kid with his fiance, is accused of forcing the lady to perform oral sex on him and of trying to sodomize her.
The woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, claims that the video demonstrates how awkwardly her client and McGregor were conversing with one another.
She asserts that their interaction had been different before their encounter in the bathroom.
In a statement to TMZ Sports, Mitchell said, “My client has always stated that there would be video of before and after, and in those videos, she emphasized that the difference in the interactions between them would be visibly noticeable.”
This footage, yet again, “supports what my client has been saying and what she told the police since the beginning of this incident,” the attorney for the client said.
McGregor has angrily refuted the charge, and according to his counsel, the video only serves to show how untrue it is.
Barbara R. Llanes issued a statement saying, “While the claimant’s story has changed yet again, our account of the evening has never changed.”

The woman alleges that the MMA fighter molested her in the restroom, which can be seen in the prior footage.
McGregor’s response to the charges has drawn criticism from Mitchell, who claims that her client won’t be “intimidated, shamed, or bullied.”
Their response, according to Mitchell, is not unexpected and is a “standard statement that almost every abuser makes when responding to these types of allegations.”
‘MPD’s Special Victims Unit is investigating a case that was filed Sunday, June 11, 2023,’ a Miami Police Department spokesman said in a statement to DailyMail.com on Friday.

His defenders have dismissed the video showing McGregor leading the woman into the restroom, claiming it refutes her first claim that he and his security officers forced her there.
The claimant’s attorney has since altered her account. Mr. McGregor welcomes the probe because he is confident it will disprove the accusations made against him.
She turned to the media to exert pressure after failing to comply with the claimant’s counsel’s demand for payment.
Llanes declared in a statement, “This is nothing more than a shakedown.”
In the beginning, the defense counsel representing the accuser claimed that he and his security had ‘forced’ the woman into the restroom.
After game four of the NBA Finals, Mitchell claimed, “What the video shows is what my client said—she was sexually assaulted by Connor McGregor in the bathroom of the Kaseya Center.”
Why aren’t inquiries being made into why Mr. McGregor entered a restroom with a woman who wasn’t his pregnant fiancée? Why isn’t the question “Why did the heat security permit Mr. McGregor to take any female into the men’s bathroom?” being asked?
Mitchell continued by asking “why victims do not report these types of crimes” in response to the charges.
They are scrutinized, treated as liars, and deterred from reporting these kinds of crimes, she claimed.
“My client is moving forward with the police in her pursuit of justice and will not be bullied, shamed, or intimidated.” We will pursue all possible legal options.
