The top-performing CSs in President William Ruto’s Cabinet are Ezekiel Machogu, who oversees education, and Kithure Kindiki, who oversees the interior.
This is supported by a survey by Infotrak that surveyed more than 2,000 people across all 47 counties in Kenya.
Kindiki was rated as having the best performance in the survey by 27% of participants, followed by Ezekiel Machogu, the cabinet secretary for education, with a score of 12%.
Salim Mvurya, the minister of mining and the blue economy, tied with Florence Bore, a minister in the Labour Party, for the lowest performance rating at 0.2%.
