In the city, a mastermind of land grabs has been identified.

The dangerously flamboyant man known as Peter Munene preys on foreigners and elderly Kenyans who own prestigious residences in Nairobi.

He was apprehended in Karen, Kenya, on January 18, 2023, while attempting to steal land from an elderly mzungu.

The exposé is below.

Kenyan property owners, BEWARE!

Beware of these two extremely dangerous property thieves. TRULY HUGS.

They returned to KAREN yesterday.

There are already a number of cases brought against one PETER KAMAU MUNENE!

He is an extremely PERILOUS MAN. BE WARNED.

ANYWHERE YOU SEE HIM, TAKE A PHOTO OF HIM AND HIS COMPANIONS.

BERNARD MBUGUA NG’ANG’A IS HIS NAME.

In Karen, where he has lived for the past 25 years and owns, Richard Hooper was minding his own thing on January 18, 2023, when two people knocked on his door. One of them claimed to be the Karen Police Deputy OCS and to have brought Peter Munene Kamau, a flamboyant man forcefully attempting to gain entrance to Hooper’s property in a Range Rover KCY 907.

Hooper assumed they were making fun of him, but they weren’t kidding. Recently, it has come to light that one of the people is Peter Kamau Munene, who collaborates with Bernard Mbugua Ng’ang’a. You can find a man with that name in various court cases where he has been accused of land fraud if you Google his name.

They allegedly belong to a perilous land cartel that targets and robs upscale houses held by senior Kenyans. Your land is gone before you realize what’s occurring because they move so quickly. They collaborate with dishonest attorneys, Ministry of Lands employees, and law enforcement to take land from its legitimate owners.

Friends of Richard Hooper and members of the Karen community halted what seemed to be a land gang effort to take land yesterday. Bernard Mbugua Ng’ang’a asserts in court records that he has resided on Hooper’s property for 24 years. Bernard has never been spotted in the same place where Hooper has lived all this time.

Bernard has filed a lawsuit in an effort to have the court recognize him as the legal owner. In his court-response, Hooper refuted Ng’ang’a’s allegations. According to Richard, he has never left his property.

According to sources, Peter Munene is the one who is sent to remove legitimate landowners from their property, while Bernard operates in the courts and ministry of lands by paying government officials.

The land gang has made two unsuccessful attempts to enter Hooper’s property. They have acted in a really frightening manner. Jackson Mwangi Wambui, Munene, and other suspects were apprehended on the spot. At Ngong Law courts this morning, Jackson was accused with impersonating a police officer. It was instructed to Munene to return to the Karen Police Station today.
