Rebekah Vardy was reportedly brought to the hospital following an accident on her horse.
Jamie’s wife was flung from her saddle and dragged down the ground after her left foot became hooked in a stirrup.
Rebekah, 41, was rushed to hospital for treatment after the bizarre incident in Leicestershire on Friday, October 27.
Her foot was stuck in the stirrup and she was dragged down the ground while it spun in circles,’ according to sources.
‘Becky was brought to the hospital and told she’d broken the heel of her left foot after X-rays. Other bones in her foot are shattered as well, and she has some ligament damage.
‘Becky is a confident rider, but this accident has left her somewhat shaken.’ Her reps have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.
Rebekah, who has returned home from the hospital, is strapped up and wearing a boot similar to the one Coleen Rooney wore during their court battle last year.
Coleen, 37, was obliged to wear the boot during the trial due to a broken toe, and Rebekah reportedly ‘laughed’ at the similarities.
The accident occurred shortly after Rebekah came home after fleeing the UK, and only days before Coleen’s Wagatha Christie documentary premiered.
Last June, Rebekah lost her libel suit against Coleen.
