Former Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s close associate has urged Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to serve Kenyans and stop using delaying strategies.
Otiende Amollo, a member of parliament for Rarieda, stated on Monday that the Kenya Kwanza administration’s attempts to divert Kenyans’ attention from what is crucial will not succeed.
Amollo asserted that President William Ruto and Gachagua are focused on witch hunts since they are unable to fulfill any campaign promises they made.
Gachagua is neither the Treasury, CBK, controller of the budget, auditor general, DCI, AG, or DPP, so stop using these distracting methods. This dictatorship tries to focus on a witch hunt because it can’t keep any promises. This unprecedented endeavor won’t succeed, according to Otiende.
The lawmaker’s response comes in the wake of comments made by Gachagua on Sunday, in which he promised to soon reveal how Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration officials stole Sh 24 billion from the treasury after learning that Ruto had won the election.
