Demarcus Robinson, a Rams receiver, was robbed at gunpoint in Los Angeles on Friday morning.

According to TMZ Sports, authorities responded to robbery calls outside a Los Angeles area hotel shortly after midnight. Two males approached the 29-year-old football player, pointed pistols at him, and demanded he take over his possessions, including an expensive watch, according to security personnel.

Robinson complied, and the burglars fled. Fortunately, the wideout is claimed to be fine despite the event. The police have initiated an inquiry, but no arrests have been made so far.

Robinson joined the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016 and assisted Patrick Mahomes in winning Super Bowl LIV in 2020. He signed with the Rams this summer, but he has failed to make a catch in five games.
