One of the sickly actor John Okafor nicknamed Mr Ibu’s legs has been removed.
His family provided the latest information in a message posted on his Instagram page this afternoon, November 6.
The limb had to be removed to keep him alive, according to the statement. According to the statement, he has had seven successful surgeries so far.
‘Good morning, Nigerians. We want to thank everyone who has helped our father; to say we are grateful is an understatement, and only the good Lord can thank you all enough for all of your assistance.
“As of 1 p.m., noon today, Daddy had undergone 7 successful surgeries, but one of his legs had to be amputated to keep him alive and increase his chances of recovery.”
“This has been difficult for all of us, but we’ve had to accept it as Daddy’s new reality in order to keep him alive.”
“Please know that we are still looking for help from well-meaning Nigerians because Daddy is still very fragile at this point and needs all the help he can get.”
“Thank you, everyone; the Okafor family is grateful, and we never take you for granted.” As soon as Daddy is stable, he will personally thank everyone who helped him during this difficult time.”
