Moses Kuria, the Trade and Investment Cabinet Secretary, has no qualms about robbing public resources, judging by the remarkable change in his life in the eight months since President William Ruto rescued him from political obscurity.
Kuria was defeated in his bid for the Governorship of Kiambu County last year, but President Ruto gave him a reprieve when he nominated him as the Trade and Investment CS.
The CS has been traveling the world for the previous eight months, and the only tangible development he has brought to Kenya is the nice clothes and watches he has purchased in European capitals.
Kuria, who was in Minsk, Belarus, was photographed wearing a Richard Mille watch during The Big Conversation debate on Citizen TV on Wednesday.
