A fourth British woman has accused social media star Andrew Tate of sexual assault, claiming that Tate choked her until she passed out.

After three other women said in April that they wanted to start legal action against Tate, the 30-year-old has joined the lawsuit.

Tate, a former kickboxer, and his brother Tristan are currently under house arrest in Romania due to Tate’s alleged involvement in human trafficking and organized crime, which he vehemently denies.

The fourth woman has now come forward to say that Tate threatened her after he’strangled’ her till she passed out after their intercourse.

The lady said she met Tate on a night out in his hometown of Luton, Bedfordshire, while she was a 20-year-old university student at the time of the claims in 2014.

She claimed that although they had consenting sex, it turned violent after Tate choked her, and when she awoke, he was still having sex with her against her will.

This was the woman’s second contact with Tate, she revealed to BBC Newsnight. They had consenting sex a couple months ago.

On their second encounter, she said that Tate put his hand on her throat while they were having sex and “strangled me” until she passed out. She claimed that when she awoke, “it was a bit confusing at first” and he was “still having sex with me.”

The lady added that Tate repeatedly yelled “I own you, you belong to me” and made violent threats against her, including one to kill her.

He “was fairly aggressive and saying horrible things all through the night.”

Tate’s spokeswoman stated that all of the sexual encounters he had were consensual and that he does not support violence against women.

The woman claimed that she did not immediately notify the police about the occurrence and that it was not until roughly six years later that she told her friends about the sexual assault she had suffered.

She has now joined three other British women who are in their late 20s and early 30s in suing Tate in civil court.

They all claim that between 2013 and 2016, when Tate was a resident of the UK, they were all the targets of sexual assault by him.

According to Tate’s spokesperson, who talked to Sky News, “We understand there is a lot of interest surrounding Andrew at this time, but he vehemently denies these accusations and does not condone violence of any kind towards women.”

Andrew has only engaged in sexual activity that both partners have consented to in the past.

‘Andrew strongly advises women who have been the victim of assault to report it to the appropriate authorities. He regrets that a few women he supposedly had relationships with over ten years ago have chosen to try to take advantage of his current predicament.

Until such legal action is reported to the authorities, “We will not be commenting any further on anyone’s alleged intention to pursue legal action.”

‘Their allegations include rape, sexual and physical assaults, including holding guns to people’s heads, strangulations including with belts, allegations of the most horrible behavior towards women,’ said the original three women’s attorney, Matt Jury, in April when their claim was first made public.
