Peter Salaysa, the MP for Mumias East, has been threatened with merciless treatment by an accused goon connected to Babu Owino, the controversial member of parliament from Embakasi East.
He was seen brandishing a blade and admonishing Salaysa to show respect for Babu.
He said Salaysa is proud and haughty, yet the other day he came from the village.
Babu is a prominent national figure. He was heard saying on the video, “He is not a village leader like you.
A few days ago, Owino and Salaysa got into a heated online argument after a poll found Owino to be one of the nation’s top MPs in terms of performance.
Salaysa, though, asserted that the outspoken Embakasi East lawmaker had funded the Politrack Africa survey.
