A photo of DAVE OLUDHE displaying a bottle of Martel that he purchased at a prominent Kisumu Club and refused to pay, resulting in an assault by bouncers has emerged.

An unruly bouncer attacked Dave Oludhe, a frequent clubgoer in Kisumu, on Saturday night at Alleways Beer Garden, leaving him with injuries.

The partygoer placed an order for a bottle of Martel without realizing that Mpesa was down owing to planned maintenance that took place for hours.

When the partygoer was told to pay, the bouncers got into a fight with him and assaulted him as a result.

Before being attacked, the victim was seen in a club photo taken hours earlier.

He was seen showing off the bottle of Martel he had ordered, unaware that the evening would end tragically.
