A Machakos County man has been charged with defiling his two daughters.
Nicholas Mwanzia, 56, is accused of defiling his daughters, ages eight and fifteen, on various dates in February and March 2023.
He appeared before Kangundo Law Courts’ Principal Magistrate Martha Opanga, pleaded not guilty to the charges, and was released on a Ksh. 400,000 bond – Ksh. 200,000 for each count.
On March 22, 2023, the case will be mentioned.
