At Manchester United’s annual awards ceremony on May 29, Marcus Rashford was named player of the year.
The forward, who had a rough couple of years, has scored 30 goals in 55 appearances so far this season in a brilliant comeback. On Monday, he won the highest award.
This season, United still has one game left to play, the FA Cup final against neighborhood rivals Manchester City on Saturday at Wembley.
At the presentation, which was attended by the majority of Manchester United’s first team players and coaches, Rashford also won the players’ player of the year award.
Players like Lisandro Martinez, Maguire, and Garnacho all attended the occasion with their partners.
