After robbing his neighbor’s flat and taking her belongings, including fragrances, a man was apprehended.
Security personnel at the apartment caught the man in the act and arrested him.
The individual asserted that he was behaving drugged up after being questioned.
The victim, however, refuted the assertion, saying that he was speaking clearly and acting in his right mind when first questioned prior to the arrival of police officers at the scene of the incident.
He left several stolen goods in his residence, some of which have been found.
