One Abubakar Saeed had his hand severed and his phone taken away by armed men they suspected of being thieves.
On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at about 10:00 p.m., the incident took place in Nigeria.
The man was attacked while he was sitting outside of his home, said Facebook user Rahila Nuhu.
