Rigathi Gachagua, a Mathira Member of Parliament and the running mate for Deputy President William Ruto, has come under fire from Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho.
Kibicho hinted during an interview that Gachagua was a very ill man who had selective amnesia.

Gachagua, according to Kibicho, was an ill guy who was unable to recall his past as a government employee.

Kibicho said, “I have documentation to back what I am saying: He was sacked for desertion of duty and misuse of relief supplies.
Kibicho also asserted that Gachagua was then sent to North Eastern as a special District Officer but declined to come in for work.
