A landlord has been condemned online after a video of him releasing a dog on his tenant for rent arrears went viral.
The landlord allegedly locked the tenant’s residence for more than 2 hours, and when he respectfully asked him to unlock the house, a fight followed.
The landlord, who is renowned to be ruthless in the region, threatened to unleash his dog on the tenant.
He carried out the threat after the renter dared him.
