Social media has been used by a Nigerian woman to thank her spouse for patiently waiting for her in the friendzone for more than 25 years.
It took a while before they exchanged vows, according to her, since she wanted to see if he was the proper man for her.
She published the article to mark their first wedding anniversary.
“To the man who sat patiently in the friendzone for over 25 years waiting for me to see that he was the one I was looking for all along. The man that redefined love and true happiness for me and I could not love him more. Happy 1 year anniversary babe,” she wrote.
