Seth Panyako, former UDA Vice Chairman and Kenya National Union of Nurses (KNUN) Secretary General, will regret leaving the ruling party and disparaging President William Ruto.
This comes after auctioneers invaded the Kenya National Union of Nurses (KNUN) office yesterday over unpaid dues, barely hours after the public exposed Ruto’s lies.
A court order was delivered on the trade union, authorizing the auctioneers to remove and resell their property due to outstanding dues owed to a merchant.
The raid failed, according to auctioneers, since KNUN negotiated their way out by paying a money deposit.
They did, however, promise to return to court on behalf of their client and secure another warrant if the trade union failed to appear.
The crew had attached property worth Ksh3.4 million, including cars, office supplies, and equipment like printers.
According to court documents, a former member sued the trade union for unfair dismissal, seeking Ksh2 million.
On March 6, 2020, he filed a lawsuit against KNUN, alleging that the trade union failed to defend his rights and interests by granting him a membership number.
The former employee further claimed that KNUN acted in bad faith by siding with his former employer, Uasin Gishu County, which had terminated his contract due to his lack of registration as a nurse.
As a result of the foregoing, the complaint claimed that KNUN owed him a duty to protect his rights and interests as a union member and national chairperson of the union’s National Executive Council.
Following a detailed review of the matter, the court determined that the complaint highlighted important problems concerning his job status.

Panyako resigned from UDA a fortnight ago, accused Ruto of deceiving Kenyans throughout his campaigns.
