Former Presidential candidate Reuben Kigame has warned President William Ruto that if he does not listen to the voice of suffering Kenyans, he will be deposed like late Libyan tyrant Colonel Muammar Gaddafi.
Kigame, who is also a well-known gospel performer and author, warned on Thursday that Ruto was only one person among 55 million Kenyans.
Kigame stated that if the president does not change his attitude on the Finance Bill, Kenyans will force him out of power.
“Mr President, you are only one person, we are 55 million, and if you force things on us, we will force you out,” he warned.
Kigame said that removing Ruto from office does not necessitate apparent measures like impeachment or riots.
He stated that if he is genuinely God’s chosen leader for Kenya, as most Kenya Kwanza supporters claimed, then the same God will smoke him out of power.
“There are many ways to force you out; we don’t even have to resort to your usual rioting tactics.” If God genuinely brought you into office, and you begin to act like Rehoboam and Nebuchadnezzar, thinking you are invincible. “You know that God has the power to smoke you out of office,” Kigame stated.
