Calvin Gaucho, an outspoken young leader and Ghetto President, has split with Azimio Leader Raila Odinga.
This comes after he stated his entire support for President William Ruto’s contentious Finance Bill 2023, which Raila has strongly opposed.
During an interview, Gaucho stated that he disagreed with Azimio’s decision to reject the proposed Finance Bill 2023, noting that it was critical for Parliament to pass it as a lesson to Kenyans ahead of the next elections.
He believes that the only way Kenyans will learn is if they face the harsh consequences of their electoral decisions.
“Azimio leaders are opposed to the bill, but I fully support it.” Kenyans will learn not to repeat the same error during elections if they suffer as a result of the bill.”
“Kenyans accepted Ruto because he was a prophet and a man of God.” Why would they suddenly reject his ideas? “How can we reject a prophet?” He mocked her.
This comes as Gaucho has intimated that if the president calls him, he will join Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza.
Gaucho gained to notoriety during the Azimio la Umoja rallies, impressing former President Uhuru Kenyatta to the point where he vowed to buy him lunch.
