Offset, an American rapper, has admitted that he is neither biologically connected to Quavo or the late Migos musician Takeoff, who are both his nephew and uncle even though they are frequently referred to as cousins.

The three were childhood classmates who started hanging out more frequently in the sixth grade. They grew close while spending a lot of time together and established the “triplet flow.”

In a recent interview with Variety, Offset revealed that Quavo is Takeoff’s uncle but denied the long-held rumor that he is Quavo’s cousin.

Offset talked about how his father was “nowhere to be found” during his childhood as he reflected on his upbringing.

Offset begins, “My daddy wasn’t even present, wasn’t nowhere to be found,” and then concludes, “But I never hated the n—-.” Strong women have dominated his life ever then, including his mother, grandmother, and a sizable portion of his creative team and colleagues.

He continues, “I just feel like a female’s aesthetics are different from a guy. “A girl can take you places you might not be able to go by yourself. You’ll always need advice, perhaps from your mother or grandma. That’s the secret of my desire and push. You’ll be in strong positions because of strong women.

Offset discussed Take’s passing at another point in the chat and the reasons why he hasn’t really addressed it in public. I find it difficult to talk about crap at the moment, he admitted. I’ve never discussed this topic. Seriously. Man, talking about Take is tough,” he added. It’s difficult to discuss all of this s**t. To be honest, that’s the reason I don’t. That hurts so much. I don’t want to be in a bad mood, for example, and it will make me feel that way. I keep some things from people. He is not present. That stuff seems bogus, man. I go about my day believing it to be phony. And I keep quiet about it to nobody.
