The disputes on the direction of the Jubilee Party have changed.

To please President William Ruto, who is at the core of the scandal that is shattering former President Uhuru Kenyatta’s party, it was revealed that the Registrar of Political Parties, Anne Nderitu, faked documents to approve the expulsion of Jeremiah Kioni and David Murathe from the Jubilee Party.

Pauline Njoroge, the Jubilee’s deputy organizing secretary general, revealed Anne Nderitu’s shady business practices.

Njoroge explained how she confronted Nderitu with a letter confirming the expulsion of Kioni and Jubilee Vice-chair David Murathe in a tweet.

She claimed, “I confronted Ann Nderitu, Registrar of Political Parties, and asked her when she sent the letter certifying Kioni and Murathe’s removal from the Jubilee Party.

“She stated that the email containing the message had been issued on May 19, 2023. I informed her that was untrue! In order to ensure that the email was truly sent on the specified date, I even asked her secretary to show me her email’s sent items. She said no.

Njoroge claims that Nderitu claimed to have known about Kioni’s expulsion on Friday but did not have time to deliver the letter to him.

She continued by informing Njoroge that the incident had overturned the tribunal’s order staying Kioni’s expulsion.

“Madam Ann Nderitu, digital traces are reliable. The letter excluding Kioni and Murathe was backdated to defy the court ruling, as I already informed you. That letter to Kioni was only sent on May 22, 2023, at 7:04 p.m. On May 22, 2023, at 16:29, the court issued its order, she said.

“Why did you send emails late at night? If the letter was actually written on May 19, then why was Kioni served on May 22, the night after the court ruling and the NDC that he presided over as Secretary-General and had it on record?

She said, “Really looking forward to seeing how you defend these fabricated documents, madam registrar.”

Njoroge posted a screenshot demonstrating the same moment Kioni received the email informing him of his purported expulsion.
