Faustin Munishi, a well-known singer, has urged Raila Odinga, the leader of the Azimio La Umoja Movement, to call a halt to his protests and instead vent his frustrations through the proper channels.

Munishi stated on Wednesday that everyone in the world is aware that Raila Odinga was defeated in the August 9, 2022, election to President William Ruto, who was pronounced the winner of the fiercely disputed election.

The acclaimed artist also urged Raila to abandon his campaign for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to unlock its servers because he is well aware that he was defeated by Ruto.

“Ruto, Mtambue raisi.” The musician remarked, “Itambue serikali Yake halafu uipinge kwa hoja za msingi sio kwa hoja za kusema wafungue server wakati maneno ya server mlishapeleka mahakamani na ukashindwa.”

Raila has been staging protests around the country every Monday and Thursday to protest what he calls electoral unfairness and high living costs.
