Police are investigating an incident in which a matatu driver allegedly jumped from an overpass on the busy Thika Superhighway.
The driver, according to reports, is well-known in Thika Town.
He was driving passengers to Thika when he pulled over to the side of the road and jumped from the overpass.
He landed on top of a luxury sedan.
The windscreen of the car was severely damaged.
The depressed man was injured and was rushed to the hospital.
