After it was discovered that Jeff Mwathi, a 23-year-old interior designer, may have been murdered inside DJ Fatxo’s apartment on Thika Road and that his body was allegedly thrown from the apartment’s tenth floor, the circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown.
The main suspects are DJ Fatxo’s driver Jeff Maina and his cousin Chris Wang’ombe.
According to Fatxo, on the tragic day Jeff passed away, he left him at home with his cousin and driver while heading to Roysambu to pick up three women.
He was seen on CCTV in distress as he looked at Jeff’s body that was lying lifeless on the ground when he got home in the morning.
The driver and Fatxo’s cousin claim that Jeff committed suicide by jumping out the window.
The window, where they claim the deceased jumped out, is, however, too small for anyone to fit inside without being pushed.
