Indirect confirmation from Vice President Rigathi Gachagua that the corporate empires of former Presidents Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga are being targeted by President William Ruto’s administration.
Gachagua made the promise to ruin Raila’s gas company and Uhuru’s milk company during a sermon at Jesus Winning Ministries in Nairobi County. He did it for the benefit of the nation.
He pointed out that by enabling more competitors to enter the market and thus driving prices down, they will abolish monopoly.
Gachagua asserts that doing so would eliminate middlemen and aid nearby farmers.
“We noticed a headline in one of the neighborhood newspapers about our plot to obliterate two families’ businesses.”
“Gas has been sold due to a monopoly; therefore, we have chosen to add additional competitors to drive down prices.”
“There has been a monopoly in the milk industry by one person; we are opening that sector for competition to help the farmer and bring down prices,” said Gachagua.
Gachagua claims that the Uhuru administration cultivated Raila in an effort to maintain its control over the industries and to protect their interests.
“They understood that their desire to maintain State Capture was the reason they did not want us to ascend to the throne.”
He declared, “We are going to open up the sectors and make sure we all profit.
