Teenage criminal who had been terrorizing the locals in Lodwar has been captured by police.
The alleged thug, who goes by the street moniker Kadudu, is suspected of carrying out additional criminal actions in addition to gang raping and stabbing multiple victims, including eight women.
He and another member of his group were detained when they broke into the local Senior Government official’s car and took his possessions.
The man wielding a knife in the image below is Kadudu.
