Miguna Miguna, a contentious attorney, has pleaded with President William Ruto’s administration not to intervene with protests organized by the Azimio One Kenya Alliance.
In a statement on Tuesday, Miguna said the protests should continue as long as they remain nonviolent.
The contentious attorney claimed that the Azimio rallies give Kenyan politics color.
To William Ruto, president. Make sure Raila Odinga is not detained or impeded from performing his pointless rallies, Miguna commanded.
Allow him to organize as many rallies as he desires. They give political color with their noise,” Miguna continued.
In response to Raila’s announcement of a brand-new youth movement, Miguna made his comments.
The former prime minister unveiled a new youth organisation named Movement for Defence of Democracy (MDD) with its representatives sporting what looked to be jungle camouflage on Sunday at the Azimio event at the Kamukunji grounds in Kibra.
