Musalia Mudavadi, the secretary to the prime minister’s cabinet, expressed concern about Jeremiah Kioni, the general secretary of the Jubilee Party.

In an interview with NTV on Thursday, Mudavadi stated that he was astonished to see Kioni make unsupported statements about the results of the presidential election on August 9, 2022.

In a press conference, Kioni stated that he had received a dossier from an IEBC insider claiming that President William Ruto finished second with 5.9 million votes and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga won the most recent election with 8.1 million votes.

“As you can see, just 59 percent of the constituencies can be positively authenticated. Verifiably, Raila Odinga received 8, 170,355 votes, or 57.53% of the total votes cast, to win the election. Ruto received 5, 915, 973 votes, or 41.66%, according to Kioni.

In response to Kioni’s assertion, Mudavadi, who chose Kioni to be his running partner for president in the 2013 election, said he was concerned about the former Ndaragwa Member of Parliament’s mental health.

“I am concerned about Jeremiah Kioni. Jeremiah Kioni as I once knew him is not the same person. stated Mudavadi.
