Britney Spears said she should go to jail for what her father did to her when she was a guardian.
She said her father let her work “on a schedule seven days a week” but was not allowed to spend her money alone.
She explained that in 2021 she bought something for herself for the first time in 15 years.
She said her father had her credit card seized by security and after her shopping, she had to stand by her side while the security guard entered her code. She said she didn’t.
“She forgot what it felt like to buy something,” she wrote. She added that when she first bought something for herself last October, “my legs and hands were shaking for 15 minutes.”
She was laughing at her plight, so she called her mother as well.
