A man who allowed his dog to drive his automobile around Jerusalem has been detained.
It is expected that the 35-year-old resident of the Arab town of Ein Naqquba, west of the Israeli city, would be charged with reckless driving.
On Monday, September 5, a video of the strange incident spread around Israeli WhatsApp groups, causing Israel’s Central Traffic Unit to take notice of it.
