The affectionate media star first gave his wife a cake as a surprise before giving her flowers that were actually hidden Ksh 20,000.
On his social media platforms, he posted pictures and videos of the spectacular birthday surprise.
In the footage, Kiengei can be seen entering the living room where he sings his wife a happy birthday song and then surprises her with a decadent cake.
After singing her the well-known love ballad Nakupenda Malaika, he handed her flowers.
