Three Venezuelan nationals were detained after being found in possession of important electoral materials that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) planned to utilize in the upcoming general election, according to renowned political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi.
The three people were detained on Thursday at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, but Wafula Chebukati, the head of the IEBC, intervened and got them released.
They were carrying computers, flask disks, and IEBC stickers in their luggage, but DCI sleuths seized them.
IEBC and Chebukati are preparing to rig the August 9th election, according to propagandist Mutahi Ngunyi, who presently works at State House.
He also questioned why Venezuelans who are not IEBC workers were discovered in possession of important voting materials like stickers.
The election is being purposefully MIS-ENGINEERED by the IEBC and Chebukati. The electronic portion of the election is MEANT to be completed by Venezuelans. Why did they carry stickers with them? And why were they transporting the stickers in personal briefcases if they were the IEBC’s property? Iko Kitu hapa,” Mutahi penned on Monday on his Twitter account.
