Captain (Rtd) Kung’u Muigai, the first cousin of President Uhuru Kenyatta, has made the astonishing accusation that former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will forsake Kikuyus if elected in the August 9 election.
Muigai claimed in an interview with Muoroto FM that he has known Raila for more than 60 years, ever since his father Jaramogi Oginga Odinga replaced Mzee Jomo Kenyatta as Kenya’s first vice president, and that he is not a good man.
He stated that he was concerned that Raila would put his own backyard’s success ahead of those who supported his Jubilee Party campaign, particularly President Uhuru Kenyatta and his fellow Kikuyus.
