Martha Karua, the running partner of Azimio-One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate William Ruto, has warned Kenyans not to support him because he is replete with bile and wrath.
Karua claimed on Monday that Ruto is driven by rage based on his most recent admission that he nearly struck President Uhuru Kenyatta when he nearly surrendered after the Supreme Court declared his victory in 2017 invalid. Karua was promoting Azimio in Narok and Nakuru counties.
The DP shouldn’t be handed presidential powers, according to Karua, who is also the leader of the Narc Kenya party, since he will likely use them for retaliation.
But Karua reassured Ruto that Raila Odinga’s administration will look after his family and won’t exact revenge for the wrongs he has done to Kenyans.
“We promise to protect them, we tell our rivals. Our kids are both from Kenya. However, Karua urged Kenyans not to vote for the young man (Ruto), who was “full of rage and vitriol.”
