William Ruto, the vice president, has been accused of many things, but not of so severely degrading his own people.
This comes after he was accused of coercing all other UDA bloggers, including Dennis Itumbi, to swear allegiance to him.
Users of Twitter have noticed a post that all well-known UDA bloggers made in which they vowed to watch over and defend Ruto’s votes in every polling place come August.
“I’ll watch over DP Ruto’s votes at my polling place… I’ll provide lunch and assist UDA workers at three polling places. The advertisement stated, “I will lend out my Hilux double cabin to be used for transportation that day.
This comes amid allegations of haughtiness and maltreatment of Ruto’s associates by Mr. Farouk Kibet, the DP’s right-hand man.
It is unclear whether the DP or Kibet was the one who coerced bloggers into swearing allegiance to Ruto.
