In his ongoing campaign against Deputy President William Ruto, President Uhuru Kenyatta has pleaded with Kenyans not to elect a criminal like the DP as their future leader.
Speaking at the KICC during the beginning of the country-wide issuing of title deeds, Uhuru urged Kenyans to choose progressive leaders.
In the August election, he advised Kenyans to avoid candidates like Ruto who were complicit in the theft of public resources, such as stealing land.
Don’t pick those who will usher in the era of graft, Uhuru implored, “The land cartels are assembling once more. I do urge, msichague watu watatuweka gear ya reversal waturudishe enzi ya wizi.”
Uhuru has already cautioned Kenyans against electing William Ruto, his deputy, since he is reportedly tainted with corruption.
Last year, Uhuru urged Kenyans not to elect thugs because they would loot the nation and undo all the progress his administration and that of his late predecessor, Mwai Kibaki, had made.
