Reportedly, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reached a settlement in their ongoing litigation related to revenge porn.

On Monday, June 20, the trial in Los Angeles, California, was scheduled to begin, and the former couple was expected to appear in court.

Rob Kardashian released a series of explosive social media posts after their breakup, including accusations of infidelity, drug and alcohol abuse, and three nude images. Chyna, real name Angela White, filed a lawsuit in 2017 alleging to have suffered “substantial damages” as a result.

She said that the controversy over her nude images and the Kardashian family’s influence led to the cancellation of the couple’s reality program, Rob & Chyna, before a second season.

On Monday, June 20, the case’s jury selection was scheduled to begin; however, prospective jurors were advised that their services were no longer required because the issue had been resolved amicably.

Chyna, 34, and Rob Kardashian, 35, allegedly struck a settlement, however it is unknown whether this was a monetary one, according to TMZ.

In a written decision later today, Judge Gregory Alarcon is anticipated to formally dismiss the claim.

The parents of Dream, 5, were unable to come to an agreement a few days prior, and Rob Kardashian’s legal team was desperate to avoid the case going to trial.

“Chyna is extremely delighted that the trial court dismissed Rob’s attempt to ‘enforce’ a settlement that never existed,” Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, reportedly remarked to People at the time.

Without a settlement, Chyna will present evidence to a jury in Los Angeles on June 20 that Rob violated her privacy when he shared horrifying revenge pornography of her to his millions of Instagram followers.
