Gathungu claims that Mucheru’s ministry is unable to account for the Sh 12.5 billion it received for the 2020–2021 fiscal year.
In response to the Auditor General’s inquiries, renowned Nairobi attorney Ahmednasir Abdullahi requested Mucheru to account for the cash rather than mislead Kenyans with the bogus NIS elections.
