Stop wasting Sh 40 billion on the presidential election in August, according to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

This comes after the latest opinion poll revealed that Raila Odinga, the presidential candidate of the Azimio–One Kenya Alliance, will be the one who will occupy the House on the Hill in August.

Raila Odinga is expected to receive 44.6 percent of the vote in the August 9th election, according to a Radio Africa poll.

Raila’s main rival, Deputy President William Ruto, came in second with 38.9% of the vote.

Prof George Wajackoyah, the presidential candidate of the Roots Party, came in third with 2.7 percent of the vote.

David Mwaure, a presidential candidate for the Agano Party, came in fourth place with 0.3 percent of the vote.

Undecided voters and those who have stated that they will not vote have remained at 8.7% and 4.8 percent, respectively.

This is a significant boost for Raila Odinga, whose popularity appears to be growing by the day. The election is less than two months away.

Raila’s running mate, Martha Karua, is said to be the reason behind Baba’s meteoric rise in popularity.
