Kenyans have been enthralled by Martha Karua’s clothing since she was appointed the presidential running mate for the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition party.
Raila Odinga’s 2022 running mate has been wearing well cut African Kitenge outfits to all of her public rallies and occasions.

The discovery that the presidential running mate of the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya coalition party uses locally made clothing comes amid a raging discussion over a plan to regulate the importation of second-hand clothing known as Mitumba.
Some Kenyans applauded her for believing in the Buy Kenya, Build Kenya credo, which is one of the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya manifesto’s talking points.
“Meet Flo Masinde, Martha Karua’s tailor. As we campaign for “Buy Kenya, Build Kenya,” Azimio-OKA running Martha Karua is leading by example. In a social media post, the KANU women’s congress stated.
