Azimio- According to sources in the Orange Democratic Movement party, one Kenya Alliance presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, has jetted out of the country on a private trip.
Raila Odinga, along by his daughter Winnie and former Jubilee Party Secretary-General Raphael Tuju, boarded a private jet, the Airbus A318-112 (CJ) Elite A6-CAS, MS4211, and proceeded to one of the neighboring nations, according to sources.
Raila’s travel comes after he returned from a vacation to the United States less than two months ago.
Mr. Odinga met with Kenyans in Washington, D.C. on his April visit to the United States.
He also spoke to the Kenyan diaspora in the United States on the country’s current situation, election preparations, and post-election plans.
He took a hiatus from politics in March, flying to the United Kingdom (UK) just hours after being named Azimio la Umoja’s presidential candidate on March 12.
He gave an address to the international community at the Commonwealth Secretariat, often known as Chatham House, or the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
