Kim Kardashian has stated that an enraged admirer has threatened the life of her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
The Kardashians actress, 41, allegedly received more than 30 letters from a fan threatening her life and the lives of her children, according to legal documents acquired by The Blast.
Kardashian’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, detailed the threats made against Davidson in the filing.
‘Pete Must and Will Die this Weekend and You Next Weekend,’ the accused stalker said in one of the notes, according to The Blast.
The alleged obsessed fan allegedly made “multiple violent threats against Ms. Kardashian,” according to Holley. He also made a number of inappropriate remarks about Ms. Kardashian and her lovers. He also threatened to imprison Ms. Kardashian and her family if she did not comply with his demands.’
In addition to personal death threats, the filing alleged that the letter and a written bomb threat received to her business office shared “a lot of parallels.”
‘He has threatened to kill me in many letters,’ she added in the complaint. He’s made a lot of misleading and delusory accusations about me and my personal relationships. In his communications, he has also made frightening sexual comments to me.’
A court in Los Angeles considered the evidence and issued a temporary restraining order against the alleged stalker.
‘The man has been told not to contact or harass the renowned couple in any way,’ according to The Blast. He’s also not allowed to approach Kardashian or her residence within 100 yards.’
Kim will have a hearing on June 13 to see if she will be granted a more permanent restraining order.
